No, the program is designed to be DIY and we will provide guides. The Detox Box available at Seed provides all the extras with the recommended premium brands that we prefer. If you are not in Doha, you can easily source the same products or similar replacements. 

The program does not cater to specific dietary protocols but is based on a dairy, gluten, and refined sugar free program to support and enhance your renewal and revival coming into 2025! 

Some people may feel an energy slump for a few days but you should  feel lighter and fresher within a few days of starting our gentle detox protocol. 

We don't recommend starting a new strenuous program at the onset of this program but you can exercise as you normally do. If you are not usually physically active, we would recommend by starting to incorporate 10,000 steps a day. 

You will not receive all the benefits of the program. You will keep all the handouts, recipes, and lessons and can use them at another time that works for you but you will not be part of a group doing it all together.

This is a very gentle cleanse. You may have days where you feel amazing and energized and you may have days where you feel your body needs to rest and take it easy. But again, this is your time to renew, reset and go within. Please prioritize giving yourself the time you need to do that, and listen to your body. Do not compare yourself to others as everyone's experience can be a little different.
